Before you import
Live — pilot ready
- Required fields: name, email or phone, neighborhood — map headers explicitly in preview.
- Duplicate rows match existing members by email and are skipped on commit (not overwritten).
- Sensitivity labels mark member_shared vs restricted columns for AI and export paths.
- Permission detection flags revoked or not-requested outreach scopes — nothing is emailed or texted.
- External ChMS connectors (Planning Center, Airtable, etc.) are not live import paths yet — use CSV first.
